Service Animals

Celebrity Cruises welcomes trained service dogs aboard its ships. A service dog is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. Emotional support animals and pets are not permitted.

Guests planning to travel with a service dog must review Celebrity Cruises’ requirements and contact Celebrity’s Access Department directly for verification and to make the necessary arrangements at 866.592.7225 or special_needs@celebrity.com.

Guests are also responsible for obtaining all documentation and permits required for the service dog to enter each port of call. Review Celebrity Cruises’ Service Animal Information.
